Loop, you are so right about there not being an adequate remedy at law for the small inventor to fight a mega international company that infringes! The ITC can help to level the field so that the Infringer can not bankrupt the small company with IP rights through litigation. I have seen too many examples of such happenings and , in my opinion, the slowness of the judicial system and the litigation expenses along with the courts that sit on cases for literally years,then take forever to rule is an absolute disgrace!
I hope that the Bush Administration stays out of the Qualcome matter and on August 6th does not veto the ruling of the ITC!tucker
