\No Financials, No True Value.

How can you even know the value of the company without the financial statements. Yeah, The share price is at .008 and the market cap is around 370K but the share price doesn't lie on what they have on there balance sheet. Do they have working capital and or is the company insolvent? Good luck trying to figure it out with a non-reporting company.
