Yea i kind of thought that cause ive seen so many amex companies trading way under a dollar for a long time.

As far as nasdaq yes sad to admit but yes i know the naz rules first hand use to be in a company named SCON. It went under a dollar for certain amount of time and they were give so much time to get above a dollar again then they had to do a rs to get back on and therefore the stock was dead.
