stockdoc, I got a response from JW to some questions (don't have it on me) but what he essentially said (as I interpret it) is:

CLEC sale finalized around end of year
Will pay Cornell with mostly cash maybe some stock
MOBL not allowed to work telecom anymore as part of sales agreement
Jay may stay on depending on new business development and need for him by board.

I can't confirm anything from his e-mail, but I got the feeling that the RM theory is out the window. MOBL seems to be looking to sell DAVEL and look fo new business opportunity outside telecom.
