Effect of the Stop Sign

You go to the new car dealership to see the new models. The salesman hasn't got a model of the car you were interested in buying. He can't tell you the wheel base distance or the size or horsepower of the engine. Hell he can't even tell you if it runs on gasoline, diesel or ethanol....or if it's a hybrid. Fact is he doesn't answer any of your questions and forget about an e-mail return or getting him on the phone. Would you buy that model sight-unseen, undescribed.
