SPIN...I'm not good at reading the fine print but on pages 12 & 13 of the filing they talk about "placement warrants" & "consultant warrants" which approximate the difference you are referring to. I didnt really add it up except mentally. The filing does state that they are registering everything (the way I read it), class A & all these warrants. But what do I know about this stuff? I just hope that they have been holding some news until they got this out of the way & now we start to hear something bullish!
