Spin, you're just, plain, WRONG.

There will NOT be almost five million coming to market. Over a million relate to warrants, and I know for a fact that some of the PP participants have NO INTENTION of selling any time soon. Please, refer to your list of Wave negatives, and you won't have to think up new ones.
