Not a bad recovery from the CC...The last PR helped but it seems the market was still reserved even in the face of that release. probably needs to sink in but the CC was probably viewed as a credibility pivot and it fell short. So folks have to regain their equilibrium about this play...The 2nd PR helps a great deal...Hope folks bought the dip (Could not call it a panic)...Pleasantly surprised today...
