Oddly enough, it won't. I don't think they really care if he's wrong all the time. He helps feed their fantasies, and I think at this point that's enough to make them happy. Sort of the way a person who's had a gastric bypass must fantasize about eating five Big Macs, even though he knows it won't happen...
