I think the MM bought that for his account from someone at .0101 and sold it to another investor for .0105 Like Tradingismylife was saying the MMs don't seem to want to short the stock or expose their position anymore. So they only fill a buy order that's between the bid and ask when they themselves get the shares through someone else selling them.
