Might also explain why there has been no public verification of the "sale" or pending sale. In a figurative sense there are some "dead bodies" strewn about form Port Gibson to Natchez, my guess, that would explain an obscure business story about a law suit against the CEO showing up on a C/W radio station website.
Thanks for the reminder of the fertilizer sale, although I think a case could be made that it would be under the R&D umbrella, but it is a revenue stream (ok trickle). I'm thinking the "I don't need no stinkin' permits" genie is out of the bottle and the real question would be did they ever intend to get them.
