Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SMMW) announced the Company's sale of its 51% ownership of N'EAST Magazine to Jim McGinley, the publication's founder and publisher. Under the purchase agreement, the Company is released from all liabilities in connection with the magazine and will retain value in web development and design services as well as designated advertising and marketing opportunities with N'EAST Magazine and its affiliates.
