A lot of people just beginning their due have asked me why I'm so convinced this won't turn into a typical pinkie/pos-land printing press operation...& I always begin by explaining to them that all the costs associated with the research & development phase are complete!

Those costs were already incurred while this company was private & when this company did the RTO of the MCCY shell they did so because they didn't want to wait 6 to 9 months on the IPO process.

Obviously an outsider looking in has to start at the beginning & dd methodologies differ for everyone...but what sets this company apart from the get go is it has a green public CEO in Raphael Huppe...this is a 29 year old man who's never ran a public company. He began working for Microsoft as a 16 year old genius and has since obtained 45 master MS certifications. He went on to form ECN holdings & the FOLO product way back in 1999 & updated the entire data & secure transmission protocols with MS in 2005. He incurred all the R & D costs himself while this company was private & he's intent on delivering his dream to the entire global transportation industry on a grand scale!

He knows during this infancy stage he has more & more emerging eyes from the investment community as a whole peering in...wanting to understand his vision & figure out how he is going to perform. This is a big reason why he wanted to secure the services of one of the big 4 accounting firms right out of the gates so to speak...because he's fully confident in himself & his plans for his co.'s growth! Therefore he made the choice to go after the best co.'s & in turn have one of the best auditing firms to do the all the numbers....as what better endorsement of the emerging numbers & this co.'s contract associations can there be...than a big 4 firm taking on this company!

Regardless...at this early stage it still comes down to each individuals calculated risk/reward factors...which is why tomorrows CC should contain answers to many of the early questions that still remain.

I still firmly believe that this company is headed by a visionary leader who's going to be building something special for years to come...& with each passing day I try to figure out more & more of the pieces to the ever assembling puzzle...but in the end this company & its leader will be measured by the market itself...& how huge this could become will depend on how well Raphael Huppe continues to execute his vision!
