Sounds like they are "trying" to do the right thing.
"We only try to finish this without toxic finance"...

The "trying" part sounds like the struggle with the timeframe piece.

"WE will have PR as we said"...

Hopefully there will be an offset with some AFs from previuous deals and some substantive "new deal" references to da moon. These guys
seem like they are straight shooters but need some counseling/
legitimate IR to navigate these rough/pink waters. It sounds like they have already been approached by the sharks to see if we'll bleed and got thumped on the nose.
