Spin, I hate to prolong this, but
it is a slow day, and people do tend to put credence in your opinions. So if I may....
It is really only the age of the internet that allows you to think you know so much about the Spragues. There are precious few here that forgive all that they have done, but unfortunately, it seems to have all fallen under the bounds of safe harbor. Exaggerate? Of course they have. Lie? Not so sure about that one. We'll see what the SEC turns up. My guess by the recent action is zilch.
The McCoys' greed was something few of us were immune to. It was the times, much more than the company. Wave is different from many dot-bomb companies in one major respect; they still have a shot to succeed big. If you followed some other stock, you'd be writing about some other poor schmuck that thought the bubble would never burst.
How you can be so smug about the Sprague's shortcomings is truly an amazing sight. Steven's hubris has him in the room with Intel, my friend. Let's see how that turns out.
ps. Never have seen you go out of your way to respond compassionately to anyone here. Maybe I missed it.
And you never DID tell me why you keep that list of negative Wave history in a word doc.
