Very appropriate for today, and a dream that many of us share. Unfortunately for those around here that accept management, including their past mistakes and current flaws, there are those that have made this way too personal. While the internet enables those of us with the eyes to see, to grasp the big picture (thanks to the efforts of awk, doma, barge, et al), it also forces us to endure those that see the glass as half empty. Not altogether a bad thing. I know, for me, when their arguments ring hollow, or are completely subjective, it strengthens my conviction.
