Baghdad Bob - if I recall correctly, GTEM holds 51% of the outstanding stock so that there would never be a majority of other shareholders. I remember when they were asking for a vote for more shares that there was no need for shareholders to even send in their proxies, just a formality. But Rocky or Frank might know for sure if that has changed to date.
