Righty Correct but wrong. There are many Nobel prizes Anyone can nominate, but if the recommened guide lines for that particular award are not with in the guide lines of the committe the nomination will be disallowed. However anyone can be nomintaed. Every year many are sent in who do not qualify, but they are sent due to resepect for that individual. Do you think Rush Limbaugh will get a Nobel prize. He was nominated.
