When New visual went to it's high and I was a millionaire I prematurely retired and moved to Washington. Since I was out of work for a year and a half while the stock was in the dollars range I "had" to sell shares to live. I worked odd jobs and grudgingly made up the difference with stock sales. So, selling shares "I had to" was an honest statement. I wish I hadn't thought New Visual was going to the moon and quit my job when it was about 6 dollars a share but I did and the result is I am more than even.

When It became evident that New Visual was going down I took my job back and moved back to Red Bluff. I even worked for 6 months in Red Bluff while my family finished out the school year so I wouldn't "have" to sell any more shares.

SO!!! I was honest and your assuming I wasn't.

Actually this is the type of logic I try to ignore when everyone assigns evil intent to everything management does. There may be a reasonable and honest explanation, but it isn't looked for or considered when there is a perfectly delicious evil one to tout.
