Sounds to me like the "balance only" trading that was put into effect for JNOT, is the same only with differant terminology as the "when-issued" basis that was put into effect for PAYD. Basically the pairing of shares is what is happening in both cases. It is very hard to understand, I kind of have a grasp for all that is going on, but puting it in words is not as easy. LOL
