I understand where you are coming from, But after 6 months of prodding Joe Lanza to come clean and produce honest PR. and the audited statements he has promised for at least two years.

Now because Joe knows or thinks that he is close to a stockholders revolt so he promised one more time and in my opinion if he fails, the SH#t will hit the fan.

If he follows through and installs proper management writes a business plan to take this company through the next 5 years we may all have a chance. This company has a better chance of going to a Penney than hitting a dollar. Do your DD and understand how Joe works. Do not buy BDGR without DD!
