It seems the Elisra Group, or Elbit Systems, don't mind being associated with the "likes" of Globetel. I would think they must do some extensive DD before getting involved, in any capacity, with another company. Apparently they didn't find anything to earth shattering to scare them off. Looks like a positive signal to me.
