Scion that we all ready know. The revenue and the attendent expenses will disappear and we will see the net. This should have no impact on the sp. The curtailing the corporate expenses begining in Oct. should have a very positive impact on the loses, but of course we will still have loses as the revnue stream will be next to zero. I know this will make you very hpappy but agian I don't believe anyone holding the stock has an anticipation of anything greater than that. If no selling occurs we have only your friends the shorts to see. I doubt that they are interested enough to take down the the price alone. That's expensive. So as Rhaps was saying it indicates the SEC investigation is over or changed in nature. If the financials are posted it means the past financials have been corrected to the view oof the SEC. I don't doubt there will be obsevation/review of GlobeTel into the future. This can't anything more than reassuring to the investor.

If we were going to see any Welles letter or DOJ referal it would have happened. The management is new so they are not laying in the weeds to get these guys. I doubt that the SEC has been holding back on charges. There you have it, a guess absolutely as good as yours.
