This smells approved merger, I have seen this before in order to accomodate both parties. This is actually good news about his exit of XM.
I belive that it wont take long to FCC announce the approval the market and stock holders is making too much pressure over this case and its signal the start of the go ahead with the merger.
Looking for at least 9 if this goes true as its looks like that is a won case. Just wait and see.
