Hello fellow longs,
I had a long talk with Peter K. today. He was very cordial and listended to what I had to say. These opinions I am offering are just that, MY opinions. I tried to piece together what he was saying and am trying to put them in my own words.
As frustrated as I am, he seems the same. He has never been involved in a company that has gone through so much crap and negative happennings as he is now. There was an incredible amount of things that had to be cleared up so we can move forward. We will in the future be advised of what those were. The most important thing concerning the company right now is to be current and up to date with the SEC. I believe that we are in good standings with the SEC regarding our cooperation with them. Sometime in August the hope is that we will be current. When that happens I believe we will be making a move to the OTC and off the Pinks. There are still problems with certain people, but they are being dealt with. I think this problem is bigger than we thought or at least I thought. I still believe the STRAT will fly. My guess is 2008 at the earliest. Once we are up to date, my belief is we will see some contracts/partnerships that will wake the street up and see some upswing in the PPS.
I have been married to this stock for over 12 years. He laughed when I said I was married to it. I told him I was down an amazing amount in my portfolio, and he seemed very upset for me, but said he hopes the stock can make it up to me. He does seem aware that there are many longs like myself and does care about us. There will be a SHM, but could not even give me an idea as to when. I suggested Vegas and that also brought out a chuckle.
I will have to recheck my notes tomorrow, as I am doing this on memory.
Bottom line for me is, I still do believe, and think that by this time next year we can be proud of our hanging in.
AGAIN, this is of my opinion. I took his talking and tried to put a staight spin on it, but I might be putting some of mine on also.
