The biggest question remains, after new management took control of the company in a hostile manner, why would they do so not having control of the company or it's stock? It's pretty apparent the stock dropped more in their hands than under previous control, and there were many more press releases that turned out to be just hot air. Why would this group take a vested interest in a company to have it fail?
