all the names listed are people or company's that received stock as compensation for what ever by ex management. If current management is in the right then shares issued by ex management were issued illegally and will have to be accounted for and canceled. Including shares issued to our current ceo (employed by VM and Resigned 07/01/2005) and the IR firm they employed during said time.

How they choose to go about collection will be interesting.... in who they place the responsibility upon.
Either way it was necessary to name all parties....
