You make some good points but as far as the OS it it way more than 4.3M. That is what it was after their Q1 filing and does not include the shares used to get the 15M in cash. Now those shares could be restricted but it's anyone's guess right now as to what the OS is. I taled to the transfer agent at length and they are a clueless bunch. Didn't even know what I meant when asked about the share structure of the company and was put on hold 4 times to try to get an answer. They are also not located in this country which should tell you something.

I would stay away from this one until they start selling the drug.

The moderator on this board is nothing but a pumper and will delete any post that does not promote this stock. Or at lerast he did when he was trying to sell his stock. My guess is he has moved on after stealing investor money.
