Okay, Explain this to me. I used Scottrade today for this one and had an order in for 500 shares at the ask of 2.02 which never filled. I moved mt bid to 2.05 and it never filled even though that ask stayed at 2.02 for a good 10 minutes or so. Then the ask jumps to 2.10 so I chase it down and my order gets filled but it also took a while. We are only talking about 500 shares so I wonder how much is out there or if they can selectively fill who they want. Maybe just my all or none order and the ask was a tiny amount but still bothered me having to chase when my bid was above the ask.
