They say they increased the share count to protect themselves from a hostile takeover. They tried to put the main emphasis on a hostile takeover, but do not forget about the MAIN THING needed -- FUNDING--which means DILUTION.

When they maxed out the previous authorized shares and outstanding shares, WE oldtimers knew it was a matter of time before they would increase the count for more funding purposes. You guys can spin it however you like, but if it's a duck, it's a duck. It's not a matter of they will not start diluting, but when are they going to start diluting. Today, tomorrow, next month, next year, no one knows but ETIM.

They minored on the dilution factor before, just like they're doing now. Beware from an oldtimer.
