They increased AS to protect against hostile take over...I think there is some formula they use to determin that amount. There was 1.06bil shares left over...EI gave most of those shares to the lender/giver we assume for the $1.2mil. Details will follow.

Again this does not effect us till 1-3 years down the road and by then it is a non issue...
