LOLO. Well I agree with you that Dems march to our own drum and that is something we can be proud of...
But I had the total opposite viewpoint, I felt it was packaged to make it more entertaining and in my humble opinion it was demeaning to the serious issues and the candidates that had to participate in this Reality style show debate. Once again I blame the American viewer who can't find the time to READ and understand the political crisis this country is in unless it's presented as a comedy routine.
I thought that Cranky old guy ( Gravel) may have sounded negative but to me he spoke the loudest truth of the entire evening that the democrats have sold out to the same BIG MONEY as the Republicans and unless we get rid of all the lobbyist in this country nothing will ever change.
I thought they were all intelligent and articulated their positions well but for me the stand outs were Clinton ( very slick and sharp) Obama who I intent to vote for, & Edwards who is a lot more than a pretty face and understands the issue of poverty better than all of them! BTW, did any of em talk about the outsourcing of American Jobs and what they are going to do about it?
