Just a note about 'iamnewtothis' post. I found that info on 7-12-07 and got excited then because 'im new to this' also i checked it on the 13 and eveything was the same except the date.
checked it following day samething. I think it is some kind of form letter you can download any day of the year.
But the company is payed up on franchise taxes until sept.
