Mr. Wright responded to me this evening. He does appear to acknowledge the fact that shareholders are upset and starving for news. Noted below is his response.

Tom - I understand the frustration.
All the information about the deals we have signed and/or
closed is filed with our SEC filings. I apologize if the
legal language is a bit dense, but we have used outside
counsel to assist with the drafting.
We are still in the middle of the battle. When we reach a
clear point, I will try to provide some management
perspective on things, including future direction.
