That JV must be worth billions for these people to start mud wrestling like this. Globetel owns 49% of the JV and it doesn't matter who started it or closed the deal. GTEM owns it and that is that.

What is the first thing any lawyer tells their clients about pending litigation? DON'T TALK ABOUT IT. If there was a case here, it is obliterated by these shaninigans, imo. but I don't think there was, is, or will be a case and this is the equivalent of throwing the pistol after running out of bullets.
