Mide the biggest problem I see her that based on these postings by Vern & Company, some of whom some whom seem to be associated with previous employees of Globetel who now work for Trimax that there seems to be a clear evidence of collusion by Trimax to bring down Globetel. There also seems to be a breach of contract by Trimax for selling to other companies without Globetels authorization. Now I'm not a lawyer but in a court of law there could be some interesting things that the SEC would frown on based on the actions taken by these subject indivudals. All in my opinion only.
