Since we a doing math

Lets look at the worst case scenario and the best case scenario.

Worst case that 4.5 billion shares change hands and we are looking at a total of 5 billion shares. Let's also assume that the company makes and sells 1 million VKBs @ an average wholesale revenue of $50. Carry the 4...That would be $1MM X $50 or $50MM revenues divided by 5 billion equals 1 cent per share in sales.

We are currently selling for 3.4X future sales with no significant cash and a massive need for financing in the future.

The reverse split has already been done once and can be done again. The spinoff company has the deal and can walk away from IBZT anytime they want to.

My eyes are wide open here and I don't like what I see comming round the bend. I had this identical thing happen to me a few years back with CYTS.

Don't even think the converts won't sell you billions of shares at 34 X their investment. Also don't think that they would be stupid enough not to.

Remember, the VKB does not belong to IBZT. It belongs to IBIZ the spun off company.

BT

P.S. Sorry but there ain't no best case here.
