Anyone care to speculate on why this is stuck at .275 .28? Yesterday it would only sit at one price level for 2-3 trades and then move but there have been a ton of buys at .28 and it is still stuck. Is someone selling a bunch and we have to wait for his sales to finish? Or is my monitor stuck and I need to smack it?
