Think this means we'll make payments starting in January with cash. If a legal opinion says that Cornell can issue stock in lew of getting cash payments in January, then the'll start selling stock on September 1, 2007. MOBL management must be sure that the Sale of Close call is going to happen by then.

That's my take.
