I'm not sure an audited financial would really give any credibility to PR etc. It would give credibility to what has been stated regarding assests, revs, OS.

How much do you think this AF is costing?
How much do you think this lawsuit is costing?

Both these have an impact on the financial being of the company. Last time I looked they did not have that much cash based on revs.
As I recall it was around 1.2-1.6M in cash. I would have to believe the AF is at least $50K so far and going up. I would also have to believe the expenses for the lawsuit are around $25k-30K if not more. Not sure there will be an end in sight. Will have to wait until after july 31 for the next opinion. If this has another date assigned, then who knows.

Like posters have stated here, pinky's don't have to do anything. Why invest if not to trade. Is this a stock you really want to get in bed with or just trade.
