problem always works out to be which ones to play and how much... never enough funds to go around and I really hate to sell something before it's time!
Once owned the parent stock for Franklin Mint... bought at 6.075 as IPO... sold at 50... and a few years later after splits, original shares were 252. Also once gave up on ENER which I bought about at a few bucks and sold about 4... had not looked at it for over 30 years until someone mentioned it on a board a few weeks back. Frankly thought it would be long gone from any exchange.
