You say PBLS has "not earned the volume in trust".
How do you explain big percentage pps changes when less than 1/2 of one percent of the outstanding share count is traded.
Are 99.5% of outstanding shares holders quietly sitting back letting 1/2 of one percent determine the pps?
I do not have the answer and without details regarding the share count we can only speculate.
If there really are 1.75 billion shares on the market, someone controls a lot of shares and is not flinching.
