my friend... the stated o/s is 1.75billion... why in the world would anyone give them a pass and say 815mm.... they have not earned the pass.... so for best results and until otherwise proved wrong the long suffering shareholders should use the max and not use the hoped.... it is not trading much because of the fact they have "not earned the volume in trust" at this point... lets hope for all that changes "soon"... depends on what soon is.... justifying anything else in this stock or any other pinko is dangerous at best... only deal from the unknown until it is known... just my opinion...
