" The cert you can't get? Did you buy before symbol change to cmkx? did you use an American registered broker? Can you share what the TA said to you about not receiving your cert - are you on the master share holder list? "

Well first off I'm a Canadian , so no American Registered broker. But the CDN brokerages are considered some of the most reputable in North America. The shares were purchased in 2003 before te symbol change to CMKX. I have remaining a little over 10 mill shares left after selling over 100 mill above $ .001 during the price rise.

The usual response from the T/A was usually a bunch of double talk with silence at the end. I purposely waited until the vast majority of the shareholders had their certs to see if the rumours I had heard from out west were true. I know several people who received their certs from the same broker months earlier with little delay. So it does seem logical that the rumors I had been told could have some merit.
