I was able to get ahold of Dave DiRicco Friday afternoon to ask a few questions. I asked questions pertaining to 504-D and warrants. We both agreed that "someone" is selling, and it is very possible that 504-D shares are still hitting the market. Lawyers are working hard to get the injunction in place to stop the selling, although he didn't state a time frame. He did say that people are buying the stock up, so I think as soon as these shares stop hitting the market, we may be able to gain some headway. I kind of wish I had asked how many current shareholders there are, but I'll save that for my next call (if someone is on the horn today, can you find out and post?). Also, keep your eyes peeled on the website this week for additional information regarding the warrants.
