1) 504-D shares are still hitting the market
2) Short-sighted investors are jumping ship
I just tried to call Dave to get answers to some questions, but noone picked up (I'll try again later), so I can't confirm or deny the above.
I originally became a shareholder in Nashville Records to take advantage of a short squeeze. I wasn't planning on holding this for more than two weeks. However, since I now have a vested interest, I was forced to start reading through PR's and bulletin board posts in order to get a feel for where my money was going. I am extremely impressed with the management selected to run this company, and I feel this is something completely unique on the Pink Sheets. However, we need to get off this blasted exchange ASAP, and I believe management knows that. I think this is going to be a very exciting year for those with the guts to stick this out.
