Cornell has shares that they can sell. They really don't need to short.

An attribute of that financing is that the lower the price goes, the bigger share of the company Cornell gets. Conversely, the higher the price goes, the less of a share Cornell gets. That's a multiplying effect. The lower the share price goes, the less the shares are fundamentally worth. The higher the price goes, the more they're fundamentally worth.

It comes down to whether or not Innova can execute on anything. If operations improve, the share price will really improve. If operations don't, it's the doldrums.
