Good point. I emailed the reporter at the ND with the letter. Who knows maybe the Senator can help with the SEC (I wonder if he knew) anyway he should have pull with MDEQ and be able to help there. For those who believe revenues are just around the corner because USSE will get a pass on licenseing and permitting, the following:
