Its nice to have company on ERF! I forget about the dividends, so much gets eaten up with taxes though. Right now I'm having trouble remembering if it is a qualified div or not.

BTW, saw a Pantera yesterday, during my daily walk through dt San Jose. I only knew it was a Pantera because it was written on the car! I don't think it was our long-lost poster here, as the car was gray and I bet he has a red one. (And I thought they only came in red.)
