Even if they did need 500,000 thats only 2.5 million shares at .20. There was a heck of a lot more than that that passed throught the last week. Even if they did need to raise 1/2 mill, thats old news already, maybe they did (and if they did, it would of been done a long time ago)and maybe they didn't. Situations change. I'm sticking with the PR's , and that being said, #1 the company does claim to have contracts , and doesn't need the money, and #2 the company also states they are not diluting shares. That is in the now... In my past experience, when the company is diluting, usually you can buy on the bid all day long,and your order is filled like right now, and all at once. Also I think if they were selling, your right, the share price probably would of been at .02 by now. I bought this stock several different times now and sometimes it took time to get filled even at the ask.
